Shipping policy

Gamez Knight ships out daily from our fulfilment in Kingaroy Queensland and in most cases your order will be shipped out the next business day. Gamez Knight trades Tuesday to Sunday, if an order is placed outside of our trading days short delays in shipping may be experienced

Our primary fulfilment location is in QLD and follows both state and national holidays, so please keep that in mind when something is urgent.

Please note if your order contains a pre order, it may not be shipped out until all products are ready.

Pre-Orders

At Gamez Knight, our priority is supporting and growing our local Kingaroy gaming community. As a result, the vast majority of new release and high-demand preorder products are offered for in-store purchase and collection only and are generally not available for shipping.

Any orders placed for these products that later request shipping may be cancelled and refunded at our discretion. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us ensure local players have fair access to new releases and supports the continued growth of our community.

Packaging

Your order is packaged as securely as possible for you, including the use of bubble wrap, packing peanuts, tough bags and outer cardboard boxes.

Singles are shipped in waterproof plastic bags, high value cards are will also be protected by top loaders.

Gamez Knight exclusively uses Australia Post for shipping of orders across Australia as they have the widest reach and offers our customers conveniences like Parcel Lockers, Parcel Collect, and mail redirection.
